Dawn’s Potato Soup
  • 3cups Potatoesdiced
  • 1/2cup carrotsfinely diced
  • 3tablespoons Onionchopped
  • 1/4cup Butter
  • 1/4cup Flour
  • 2cups Milk
  • 3/4cup cooked hamdiced
  • 1/2pound Velveetaor more
  • 1cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Combine vegetables and boil in water until tender.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan and slowly blend in flour.
  3. Add milk, cooking and stirring until smooth and slightly thick. Gradually add milk sauce to vegetables.
  4. Add ham and stir until well blended.
  5. Add cheese cubes, chicken broth and stir.
