French Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mustard dried
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • green leaf lettuce
  • Chicken Breast cooked, chilled
  • Strawberries optional, fresh, for garnish
  • mandarin oranges for garnish
  • almonds slivered

  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mustard dried
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • green leaf lettuce
  • Chicken Breast cooked, chilled
  • Strawberries optional, fresh, for garnish
  • mandarin oranges for garnish
  • almonds slivered

Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, onion, and dried mustard in a jar and shake every few hours.
  2. Pour over green leaf lettuce (spinach or romaine) with strawberries or mandarin oranges and slivered almonds.
